Custom-made pop-up roof insulation with magnetic fastening for Volkswagen T5 with SCA roof as thermal and acoustic insulation, blackout and wind protection. Thanks to extra-strong magnets in the seam, the thermal mats can be attached in a jiffy. Metal pads are glued to the upper aluminium frame where the bellows are fixed to serve as attachment points for the magnets. No holes need to be drilled and no permanent changes need to be made to the vehicle. The self-adhesive metal pads can be removed at any time without residue if desired.
The blackout set for the pop-up roof consists of four parts connected with a high-quality (durable) hook-and-loop fastener. During storage, the parts can remain connected or be separated, for example to achieve a particularly compact size. Equivalent to the bellows, two ventilation flaps are integrated into the side magnetic thermal mats, which can be opened and closed via zip fasteners.
