With a self-built VW Bus, a brilliant idea and a passion for surfing, Jan founded Project Camper in 2011. Stefan caught the same spark and brought his technical expertise to the party at just the right moment.

Our Journey
When the first magnetic thermal mats in the hibiscus design stuck reliably to Jan's "T5 Surfer Bus", it was obvious: other people would love these too. The first 1,000 thermal mats were cut on the loft and sewn in the living room.
When space at home became tight, Project Camper moved into a small production facility. Today, we've grown into a full-scale operation, and customers can order bespoke magnetic thermal mats for over 70 different vehicle models.
