§6 Right of Withdrawal / Withdrawal Notice

You may revoke your contractual declaration within 14 days without providing any reason in text form (e.g. letter, fax, email) or – if the goods are delivered to you before the deadline expires – by returning the goods. The deadline begins upon receipt of this notice in text form, but not before the goods arrive at the recipient (in the case of recurring delivery of similar goods, not before the first partial delivery arrives) and also not before we have fulfilled our statutory information obligations for distance contracts under Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. To comply with the withdrawal deadline, timely dispatch of the withdrawal or the goods is sufficient.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications, which are not prefabricated and are made on the basis of an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or which are clearly personalised (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU).

Effects of Withdrawal
In the event of a valid withdrawal, the mutual benefits received must be returned and any benefits enjoyed (e.g. interest) must be restituted. If you cannot return the benefit received and any benefits (e.g. benefits of use) to us in full or in part or only in deteriorated condition, you must compensate us to the extent possible. For deterioration of the goods and for benefits enjoyed, you must only compensate us to the extent that the benefits enjoyed or deterioration result from handling of the goods that goes beyond the testing and inspection of the properties and functioning of the goods. "Testing and inspection of the properties and functioning" means testing and trying out the respective goods in the way that is possible and customary in a retail shop.

Goods which can be sent by post are returned at your own risk. You bear the regular costs of return if the goods delivered correspond to those ordered. Otherwise, return is free for you. Non-parcelled goods will be collected from you. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you upon dispatch of your revocation notice or the goods, for us upon receipt thereof.
