On the website, it's not possible to order more than one colour or pattern (e.g. hibiscus) per order. If you'd like two different designs, you'll need to place two separate orders with us. We'll charge shipping and packaging costs for each order to cover the extra effort involved in cutting. We appreciate your understanding.

Currently, only the colours and designs shown on the website are available. Because we have the fabric completely quilted, we can't add fabric afterwards.

Metal pads serve as adhesion surfaces for magnet thermal mats. They're applied where the vehicle bodywork is hidden by interior trim. More info...

Generally, our Magnet thermal mats provide excellent blackout. The black exterior fabric blackouts slightly better because it has a different coating than the light grey. However, 100% complete blackout can't be achieved with Magnet thermal mats because 1. tiny light gaps at the edges can't be prevented and 2. minimal light shines through the quilting holes.

No, all interior fabrics blackout equally well.

Unfortunately, we can't offer bespoke Magnet thermal mats for every vehicle. We're constantly expanding our range, but we focus on the most common camper models.

Both interior and exterior fabrics are treated with stain protection, so dirt can be easily removed with a damp cloth. For heavier soiling, the thermal mats can be hand washed. Please follow our washing instructions.

Generally, parcels containing a Magnet-Thermomat for the front window can't be shipped to parcel lockers because the parcel size is too large. The only exception is the front window of the Land Rover Defender.

No. VAT is only refunded if the delivery address is outside the EU.
