Packaging and shipping costs:

Netherlands: € 22.90
Germany: depending on weight between € 5.50 and € 15.50
Zone 1 (European Union): € 22.12 to € 24.01 depending on the VAT rate of the destination country
Zone 2 (Europe excluding EU): € 29.83 (duty-free)
Zone 3 (worldwide): € 40.76 (duty-free)
Zone 4 (worldwide rest): € 51.26 (duty-free)

We ship with DHL from Germany and also offer delivery to a parcel station.
Important: Orders containing the magnetic thermal mat for the windscreen cannot be delivered to a parcel station as the parcel size of the thermal mat is too large.

Shipping within the European Union
For shipments within the European Union (EU), VAT at the rate of the respective destination country is calculated and displayed. The VAT rate is automatically calculated in the shopping cart once the destination country has been selected for the delivery address.

Shipping outside the European Union (third country)
If a shipment is sent to a non-EU country, the shopping cart is automatically switched to duty-free/net. Any import VAT and/or customs duties that may be due are always directed at the recipient, which are usually collected by the courier and/or customs office before delivery in order to receive the goods.
Customs duties may be charged on all goods, regardless of the reason for import. It is solely the responsibility of the recipient to inform themselves about taxes, charges and customs duties that may be incurred when the shipment arrives in the recipient's destination country. Project Camper GmbH cannot provide information on the amount of import duties as these depend on the destination country, the tax and the goods. We recommend that you inform yourself directly with the customs office or the embassy of the relevant delivery country before the shipment is sent.

Payment method
Payment to Project Camper is by advance payment. For bank transfers, we ask that you provide the invoice number in the payment reference.

Delivery times
Our delivery times are currently up to 21 working days from payment receipt.
